Combining technology, art & business is how we all thrive

Arrow pointing right

Peter’s story begins as a kid who grew up wanting to be an inventor and entertain others. Creating things, whether products, art or business drives him everyday.

Peter’s inspiration for becoming an inventor was either Stu Pickles (from Rugrats)… or maybe it was stories of Thomas Edison in school?

Not exactly sure, but building spaceships sounded cool. Until he realized that he should spend this lifetime making life on Earth better for people, rather than trying to escape it.

His other desire was to become a movie director having been inspired by their ability to organize teams to tell great stories. Stephen Spielberg & George Lucas were early favorites (now Christopher Nolan).

Product management felt like a great fit for a job, combining orchestrating many people together to create a technological invention that has an art form to it

What is a Canto?

A Canto is a poem within a poem.

One of the most famous is Dante’s Inferno.

A lesser-known one, is the Hyperion Cantos, an epic sci-fi novel series that Peter often reminisces about!

He brings the Cantos concept into the brand of this work because he wants to build the idea of poetry and art into his everyday life and work. Appreciating each step and story along the way.

But he doesn’t want to go at it alone, let’s tell the next story together!

Why Creatives?

He thrives the most when he’s being creative. When he’s out of touch with that side of himself, life just feels a bit more empty.

Even just saying the word “creative” helps him feel better, and embracing it with his life’s intent and in the moment helps drive his best self and the most fulfilling life. (Interesting TED talk here on why creativity is vital to life).

Why plural? Because he wants everyone reading this to embrace it as well!
