Building an ecosystem & flywheel

Envoy Conect was a 0 -> 1 strategic product we launched into the commercial real estate vertical. With the backing of Brookfield Growth as our Series C investor of $111 million, we partnered strategically with them to bring Envoy’s best-in-class experiences to the top tier of Class A office buildings across the globe.

The product line I was the Product Lead on is key to Envoy’s strategy of providing an integrated experience from street to suite for all visitors, vendors and employees alike for all Envoy customers.

Role: Product Lead

In just over a year of launching:

  • Commercial real estate is reeling from hybrid work, but our value proposition of improved tenant experience resonates.

  • While we sell Connect to buildings, tenants are the beneficiaries and core users, who can upsell to additional Envoy products.

  • While Brookfield was our first customer, we successfully have sold and launched with a large array of owners and operators globally.
