Insights during a utilization crisis
Hybrid work and work from home has caused large scale utilization issues across workplaces. And even those that are utilized require team members to hop onto video conferencing calls to connect with the even more distributed workforce, taking up even more demands.
These insights needed to be provided to workplaces and building owners alike in order for them to make decisions around lease strategy, financing strategy, and to create the best employee experience. During my time leading Product for Analytics, we built out Global Analytics views to help workplaces understand how they were doing across locations, as well as scheduled reports so they could deliver insights to key stakeholders. Both for our core workplace products and Connect product.
